Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (Strict / Evidence-Based / Final)

Please read our exchange conditions carefully before making a purchase.

1. Final Sale Policy

All products sold by The Potter’s Hub are handcrafted, made in limited batches, and carefully quality-checked before dispatch.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you expressly agree to this final sale policy.

2. Limited Exchange Eligibility (Transit Damage Only)

Exchanges are permitted only in the case of verified damage occurring during transit and only if all conditions below are met.

Failure to meet any requirement will result in rejection of the claim.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

To qualify for an exchange, customers must submit a single, continuous, unedited video clearly showing:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The shipping label with order details visible
  • The entire unboxing process without interruption
  • The damaged item clearly shown from multiple angles

Video Rules: The video must have no cuts, edits, or pauses. It must be recorded at the time of first opening. Photographs alone will not be accepted.

4. Reporting Timeline

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with:

  • The unedited unboxing video
  • Your Order Number
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after this period will be automatically rejected.

5. Exchange Resolution

If approved, resolution will be determined solely at our discretion and may include:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), OR
  • Store credit

Cash refunds are never issued.

6. Handmade Variations Disclaimer

Minor variations in color, glaze, texture, size, weight, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade pottery and do not qualify as damage or defects.

Such variations are explicitly excluded from exchange eligibility.

7. Abuse & Chargeback Prevention

Any attempt to submit edited or reused videos, file false damage claims, or initiate chargebacks without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate rejection of claims
  • Permanent account suspension
  • Blacklisting from future purchases
  • Submission of evidence to payment providers

8. Final Authority

The Potter’s Hub reserves the sole and final right to approve or deny any exchange request. All of our decisions regarding exchanges are final and binding.
